Raw Food: Cleanse or Detox?
People are often confused which is the right choice to Detox or to Cleanse. They are actually each separate processes and are part of a three part sequence.
To be safe and easy on the body, First your should CLEANSE
. Then DETOX
, and then you should REJUVENATE
.
Cleansing deals with cleaning out the digestive track (colon) only after Cleansing would you detoxify your organs and cells.
While Cleansing and Rejuvenating may occur at the same time, it is not advisable to attempt to Cleanse and Detox at the same time – too hard on the body!
