Healer - Heal Thyself - Naturally

Been through a rough week what with private yoga instruction, group classes, massage clients AND moving to a new apartment all at the same time. For all my knowledge of Healthy Living, nourishing my body with clean, raw foods, taking the time to maintain joint flexibility and functional fitness... my body just aches! I'm trying to relieve shoulder and knee joint pain with restorative exercises, natural supplements to reduce inflamation - and thru it all remembering TO BREATHE, remain centered and body-aware. I'm moved into my new digs, have a few days to regroup and re-focus. All headed towards a better living space and a better place of well-being.
