My joint pain and bouts of inflammation (primarily hip and knee from an old sports injury) has responded well to improving my diet specifically to enhance and support joint function. I was on a horrible, very Acidic diet - and made drastic changes to that, and really my hip pain got so much better when I really started being very concious about getting more foods rich in Omega 3 into every meal.
